Aspecta One fits the bill

[Tallahassee, Fla.] Tallahassee Memorial Hospital planned to create its own Pulmonary Clinic and looked to an old Veterans Administration Building to transform. Local installer Link Floors Inc. was tasked with creating the new clinic space.

Nearly 20,000 square feet of flooring was required for the installation. Searching for a high-performing product at a reasonable price, Link Floors looked to Tom McCabe of distributor Gilford Johnson/MasterCraft Division for assistance. McCabe recommended Aspecta One by Metroflor. 

“Aspecta One enables me to offer clients a high level of aesthetics and better warranty within budget, backed by Metroflor’s outstanding responsiveness and customer support,” McCabe said. With that recommendation, the team chose Aspecta One luxury vinyl tile (LVT) for the job. 

The Aspecta One line consists of 46 tiles and planks in a variety of colors. Inspired by pinewood, Loft Wood planks offers rustic natural tones of gray. The product is easy to clean and long lasting with a 20-year non-prorated commercial warranty. 

Originally, 12,000 square feet of product was ordered for the installation. But the project hit a time snag when an additional 8,000 square feet of product in a different colorway was ordered. Metroflor was able to deliver the additional product in less than six weeks and the project was completed in a timely manner.
