PID Floors launches exclusive Foundation Line

Thursday, January 11, 2018

[New York] PID Floors launched its brand new “Foundation Line” of hardwood flooring available exclusively to the trade.

PID Floors’ “Foundation Line,” is specifically for large-scale projects: order sizes will begin at a full container - 15,000 square feet and up. Made in Europe, this new collection has a two-layer engineered construction with a European White Oak top and a Baltic Birch Hardwood Plywood core and can be customized according to desired width, thickness and lengths, along with the texture, grade and sheen. A wide range of colors and finishes, both oil and varnish, are available for selection, the company said, adding that custom finishes can be made to match clients’ needs.

Managing director Steven Skutelsky said, “The intention behind creating our new ‘Foundation Line’ was to make the process of choosing hardwood floors for large-scale projects as effortless as possible. We wanted to create a one-stop-trade-shop offering the highest quality of product which comes in amazing colors and finishes and custom sizes, while recognizing the budgetary restraints of large-scale jobs. We are relentless in our dedication to knowledge, expertise, innovation and ease of service from start to finish. We really love what we do and have a true desire to make all of our clients’ flooring dreams become a reality. We think launching our ‘Foundation Line’ is an exciting way to kick off 2018.”
