TISE East highlights new product, social media

[Miami] The inaugural International Surfaces Event (TISE) East, being held here at the
Miami Beach Convention Center, has been experiencing a strong showing of
both exhibitor and retailer attendees. In addition to showcasing new
product ahead of the winter markets, there has been an exceptionally
strong emphasis on the importance of utilizing, and understanding,
social media as a means to grow brand identity.
"We're very pleased with the traffic we've been seeing," said Amie Gilmore, director, The International Surface Event, Hanley Wood Exhibitions. "Ten percent of registered attendees are international
— Miami is a big draw."
The Social Learning Lab here at TISE East has been a big draw for attendees.
