[Montebello, Calif.] Republic Floor has expanded its executive and sales team with several appointments to better serve the company’s growing presence.
Republic named Chad Faraci regional vice president for Texas, Arizona, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Missouri, Arkansas, Alabama and New Mexico. Faraci is a 24-year industry sales leader and Army 82nd Airborne veteran. “I still learn every day and help create a winning culture through transparency, communication and motivation,” he said.
Prior to joining Republic, he spent five years at Bedrosians Tile & Stone as Southwest regional manager and before that he spent 10 years at Emser Tile as operations manager, branch manager and regional sales manager.
“With the experience Chad gained and his expertise and excellence in the field of sales, customer service and product knowledge, we brought him to our team to help with continued expansion and growth of current territories and new ones,” noted Rotem Eylor, chief executive officer of Republic Floor.
Gustavo Vargas has been named regional sales manager of Republic’s Northern California operations. He has been with Republic for four years, most recently as territory sales manager. Before joining the company, he owned a car dealership.
In addition, Kylan Stevenson, floor territory manager for Sacramento, has been tapped to develop Republic’s expansion in the Pacific Northwest. Stevenson has spent four years at Republic and will handle NFA and other accounts in Oregon and Washington, as well as work to develop a new distribution center in the area when the company decides to open one.
