[Los Angeles] Emser Tile has received two product awards in the commercial architecture and design industry: Interiors+Sources Readers’ Choice 2018 for its Legacy collection in the flooring category, and an Interior Design Best of Year 2018 honoree designation for the Nuovo collection in tile and stone wall covering.

The Interiors+Sources Readers’ Choice award highlights high caliber product designs that graced the publication’s pages this year. The company announced that its Legacy collection won Readers’ Choice in the flooring category, reimagining a rustic wood aesthetic with true surface texture and high resolution graphics in elongated planks for a striking linear aesthetic. The series enables designers to specify the look of wood without the care and maintenance, and is available in five rich, versatile tones, Emser Tile added.
Interior Design’s Best of Year premier awards program honors the most significant products and projects of the year. Named an honoree in the wall covering category for tile and stone, the Nuovo collection combines large-scale geometry and etched detailing to refract light and complement interior textures. Four distinct patterns in 12-inch by 35-inch proportions use shadow and dimensionality to convey luxurious design statements or subtle, intriguing backdrops.
Emser Tile’s commitment to design-forward collections will continue throughout 2019, as the company said it will be debuting more than 20 products at the upcoming The International Surface Event, booth 5647, and International Builders’ Show, booth C7237, in Las Vegas.
