[Kennesaw, Ga.] Invista announced it has sold the Stainmaster brand and certain associated assets to Lowe’s, effective April 21, 2021.
Invista said it will continue to make and sell nylon 6,6 carpet fiber to support the flooring markets including residential, commercial and rugs. Invista added it will also retain ownership of its world-leading nylon 6,6 intermediates business, its global nylon polymer and fiber portfolio and widely recognized brands including Antron and Cordura.
