Surfaces takes tech to the next level: Part 1 of 2

Mobile Marketing and Roomvo showcased their partnership by sharing a booth at the show.
[Las Vegas] Here at Surfaces software and visualization companies came together to offer strong and comprehensive solutions. While there was a range of unique new products and services among tech providers, each company shared the same common goal: offering optimum support for their retail clients.
Rollmaster Software, recently acquired by technology provider Broadlume, highlighted the benefits it expects to see. Kelly Oechslin, product marketing manager for Rollmaster, told
FCW
at Surfaces that being a part of the Broadlume family will open doors for the company and provide more resources customers can take advantage of.
“The long term benefit is to help the retailer grow,” Oechslin said. “This year is about unifying and optimizing the dealer’s time.” Rollmaster is working to streamline the onboarding process so consumers can quickly be up and running. Oechslin added that with the addition of Rollmaster, Broadlume’s suite of offerings becomes reminiscent of a one-stop, single touch system. At the next Surfaces show, Rollmaster expects to be fully integrated into Broadlume’s booth space.
QFloors introduced its new QPro 2.0 platform, which president and CEO Chad Ogden said “is the next version” of the company’s QPro platform. It includes a new look, new features and is entirely web-based. And rather than modifying its existing codes, QFloors created entirely new code for QPro 2.0 so set-up can be even quicker for dealers. “We’re really excited about it,” Ogden said. With the new features of QPro 2.0, “We can connect to a lot of other software really easily,” Odgen said. One example is QFloors’ new partnership with Mobile Marketing which has led to the integrations of Mobile Marketing’s websites and marketing solutions with QFloors’ software. Mobile Marketing highlighted this partnership at its booth, where founder and CEO Carole Cross told

that the company’s new innovations have created lots of opportunity for collaboration.
Another new partnership for Mobile Marketing is with Roomvo visualization technology, which shared a booth with Mobile Marketing at the show. Mobile Marketing users can have a Roomvo room visualizer directly on their website, uniquely branded to their individual identity. “People want to do more with e-commerce,” Cross observed, adding that offering retailers their own branded visualizer differentiates the tech provider. “We think integrating with the best in the industry is a value add. It improves the user experience” for both retailers and their consumers, Cross explained.
