Robert Dichiara and Aaron Johnson
[Barnwell, S.C.] Swiss Krono USA, Inc., a subsidiary of the Swiss Krono Group, announced today that chief financial officer Robert Dichiara will be retiring from the company Dec. 31 following over fifteen years of service with the company as CFO. Succeeding Mr. Dichiara as CFO will be Aaron Johnson, formerly of Elliott Davis, LLC.
In announcing the CFO succession plan, Swiss Krono USA’s CEO Erik Christensen stated, “Robert has worked diligently to deliver on the company’s growth strategy and I would like to recognize his strong contribution over many years. Robert will remain with the company until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition of his key responsibilities. His knowledge and insights will be invaluable as we transition the CFO role to Mr. Johnson. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Robert over coming months during the transition.”
“Aaron Johnson will be joining the company effective April 1 and will immediately become a key member of the management team,” said Mr. Christensen. Mr. Johnson comes to Swiss Krono from Elliott Davis, a regional public accounting firm, where he served as a senior manager of assurance and advisory services. He brings to Swiss Krono more than 20 years’ experience advising and consulting with executives in financial reporting and planning, internal controls, implementation and utilization of technology and risk management. He is currently a licensed CPA in both Georgia and South Carolina and has served on numerous not-for-profit boards. “His wealth of knowledge in the areas of accounting, tax and finance will benefit the company going forward,” Mr. Christensen said.
