[Austin, Texas] Here at the Alliance Flooring “The Future is Now” convention, digital assets and the power of technology was a cornerstone of day one.
To that end, the group put what it called the Tech Avengers on stage to present and field member questions about everything from visualizers to the role of the RSA with the all-new Interactive Design Consultant (IDC).
The Tech Avengers included representatives from Roomvo, Mobile Marketing, Samplesapp and Forum Film which will be offering the IDC exclusively to Alliance Flooring members.
The importance of a visualizer has become a given. Roomvo’s visualizer, according to Roomvo’s Reid Waxman, pointed out that “the main focus is bridging the gap from the digital experience into the showroom.” The beauty is that Roomvo is integrated with Mobile Marketing, RFMS and QFloors. “Everything speaks to one another and makes it easier for you,” she said.
Samplesapp is included in membership. Key components of the app is the opportunity to check out samples, personalize emails and texts, reorder and it provides proactive notifications when a sample doesn’t come back.
“It’s about making it easier and to use everything in combination,” noted Carole Cross, CEO of Mobile Marketing and a co-founder of Samplesapp. “That trust factor is still there but how do we evolve and make it easier?”
Taking consumer engagement once step further, Alliance will be offering IDC to its members beginning with 50 of them to manage the onboarding and the endless possibilities it will be able to provide.
Explained Alliance’s Kevin Logue, “Nobody else has this technology or will have this technology. It’s a one of a kind user experience.” With IDC, an online virtual designer will ask questions about the customer’s project. “It’s a casual conversation they walk through with this virtual designer that ultimately suggests products. This is what will be really impressive,” Logue offered.
